ECOS – Early Music Festival celebrates its VI Edition
The six municipalities of the Sierra Espuña Territory (Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla, Mula, Pliego and Totana) are preparing to host the VI edition of the Sierra Espuña International Early Music Festival ECOS.Delle Donne Consort performs two concerts on the 3th and 4th of September. The first concert they bring their program ‘The art of imitation’ and the second concert is a concert for children.
Delle Donne Consort is participating in the ECOS Labs. The ECOS Labs are seminars in digital format, organised in collaboration with R.E.M.A. (the European Network of Early Music), in which international festival programmers discuss and interact with ECOS emerging groups to address issues related to “Early Music and its value in the 21st century”. This year, the title is “Early Music and Social Responsibility” and three seminars will be held that will deal with diversity, sustainability and the demographic challenge, and the role these concepts occupy in the day-to-day life of Early Music groups.
